Q: When do I need to get approval to make a change to the exterior of my property or house?

A: The short answer is ALWAYS!  Obviously as a self managed community we want to avoid the uncomfortable situation of imposing fines and exercising liens.  Better safe then sorry, always ask first!

Q: How do I obtain approval to make a change to the exterior of my property or house?

A: Send an email to [email protected] , or any/all member(s) of the Board with all the required documentation outlined in Article V of the Declaration.

Q: Who currently decides whether I can move forward with my project?

A: Currently a majority vote of the Board of Directors, with advise and consultation with the Beautification Committee (if one is in place).

Q: Who do I write checks out to?

A: Riverland Park Property Owners Association, Inc

Q: Where do I send the checks?

A: Mike Gottlieb is the current Treasurer, he is located at 2119 Pentland Dr.

Q: Can I pay in installments?

A:  Yes, you can pay monthly or quarterly if you like.

Q: Is there a plan to take credit card payments?

A:  No. A check made payable to Riverland Park Property Owners Association, Inc, delivered to Treasurer is the best way to pay the HOA fee.
